Our management team, teachers, and assistants meet all state certification requirements as well as follow strict operational guidelines. They are First Aid and CPR certified, and must pass FBI background checks prior to becoming part of the Kids Grow team.

Consistent and frequent evaluations are performed to maintain our center’s high standard of excellence, and participation in sponsored continuing education programs is expected from all team members.

Mrs. Patricia Zambrana
Mrs. Patricia has over 20 years of experience in the Special Education and Early Childhood Education Field. She understands firsthand, the significance of assisting parents in the development of a solid foundation of values and the role those values play in the future success of their children.
Mrs. Zambrana’s career began as a preschool teacher progressing into various key positions including coordinating the Middle and High school children’s behavior development program and managing preschool religious studies before becoming the “School of Parents” Director at Instituto Andes - the most prestigious children’s education institute in Caracas, Venezuela. Mrs. Patricia holds a Degree in Special Education Science with emphasis in Special Learning Disorders from Jean Piaget University where she spent three years as a psychopedagogy professor.
Mrs. Elizabeth Salazar
Mrs. Elizabeth has a passion for Early Child Development and for inspiring future leaders to meet their full potential. She approaches successful learning as a partnership with parents and teachers.
Mrs. Salazar holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Having previous experience in business management and leading teams to achieving successful benchmarks she finds it rewarding that Kids Grow Preschool is not only the best place for early childhood education, but also a great place to work.
Mrs. Deborah Lutz
Mrs. Deborah earned an Early Childhood Education degree from Colegio Universitario Monseñor de Talavera in 1996. She worked in the prestigious Instituto Andes located in Caracas, Venezuela for the next 17 years.
Mrs. Lutz moved to the US in 2013, and she applied her skills and vast experience in the Early Childhood Education field at important preschools in the Coral Springs, Florida region. Mrs. Deborah moved to the Orlando area in 2017 when she initiated her responsibilities as Kids Grow Director.
Mrs. Sandra Zaldivar
Mrs. Sandra earned a Speech Therapist degree from the Instituto Venezolano de la Audición y Lenguaje (I.V.A.L), located in Caracas, Venezuela.
She established her private practice and dedicated the next four years successfully applying her skills as a Speech Therapist. Moving to the U.S. in 2001, Mrs. Zaldivar focused her efforts in the Early Childhood Education field working at the Daybridge Child Development Center at Penn State University before becoming Kids Grow Director Assistant.
